I spent more than 20 years in corporate HR leadership roles up to VP, Human Resources, building HR functions from scratch, scaling organizations, and helping companies navigate mergers, rapid growth, and disruptive change.

I've worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups, tech, bio-tech, finance and professional services companies across multiple industries. That means I've seen what works at scale and what breaks under pressure, and I bring both lenses to every client engagement.

A fractional HR partner is embedded in your business, attending leadership meetings, making judgment calls alongside you, and owning the people agenda. I'm not on the outside looking in. I work as part of your team, with the depth of a full-time hire, at a fraction of the cost.
Engagements are flexible and tailored to your needs. Some clients retain me for a set number of hours per month on an ongoing basis. Others bring me in for a specific project or period of change (e.g. a hiring surge, a restructure, building out HR infrastructure). We design the engagement based on what actually makes sense for your stage and budget. I typically recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results.
Absolutely. This is actually one of the most common situations. Your small HR team is great at execution, but they likely don't have the senior experience to advise on strategy, navigate complex employee issues, or influence at the leadership level.
