Success Path was founded by Iulia Mihai, a corporate HR leader with 20+ years of experience building and coaching high-performing teams across Fortune 500 companies, startups and medium-sized businesses globally.
After years of watching companies invest in expensive training programs, only to see 70% of what leaders learned forgotten within weeks (and almost no long-term behaviour and habit changes), Iulia saw a gap: growing companies (10-200 employees) needed proven leadership development and coaching solutions. But they couldn't afford the $25,000-$100,000 price tags of large vendors.
Success Path exists to close that gap.
We work with startups, SMBs, and organizations with lean or overwhelmed HR teams who are serious about developing their leaders, without the large vendor overhead and price tag.

I've spent the past two decades in corporate HR leadership roles across Canada, England, Romania, and Czech Republic, working with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and everything in between.
I've built HR functions from scratch, scaling organizations and developing leaders who move the needle. I've coached and mentored hundreds of professionals, and as a professionally accredited coach (ICF), I've guided 100+ leaders through transformational change in the past few years. I've served 30+ companies and delivered 350+ hours of professional coaching and HR consulting.
