A Few Things You're Probably Wondering.
In what order are challenges answered?
In the order you book. If you're the second person to book the respective session, you're second in the queue. Everyone booked gets their turn, though later bookings may wait a little as we work through the room. So if you'd like to go sooner, book early. And the wait is rarely wasted: you'll be picking up ideas from the challenges we work through ahead of yours.
What if I have more than one thing I'm stuck on?
Bring the one that matters most right now so it gets solved properly. Follow-up questions within that same issue are welcome. If you have a second, separate challenge, book another seat on another date. If you're juggling several issues at once, consider booking a one-on-one session. Contact me here for details.
What if I can't make it after I've booked?
Your seat is held for you, so there are no refunds or reschedules for missed sessions. Every call is recorded, and the replay is sent to everyone registered, so you'll still get the value. And as long as you've given me enough detail on your intake form, I'll still address your challenge on the call even if you can't be there live, so your answer is always waiting for you in the replay.
What if I have a genuine emergency?
I understand that life happens. As a rule, seats are non-refundable, and the recording always comes to you, so your seat keeps its value no matter what. But if a true emergency comes up, if you or your child are unwell, for example, just reach out before the call, and I'll do my best to move your seat to a future date. It's handled case by case, as a courtesy, and it's a transfer to another date, not a refund. The revised date must be within a few weeks of the date you initially booked.
Do I have to be a certain kind of leader, or at a certain level?
No. Whether you're a brand-new team lead, a seasoned manager, a senior leader, or an HR professional building your influence, if you have a specific leadership challenge in front of you right now, you're in the right room. It's built for people leading in small and mid-sized companies, with or without an HR team behind them.
Can my question be about mindset, not just tactics?
Yes. Confidence, second-guessing, how you show up under pressure, all of it counts, as long as it connects to a real leadership situation you're navigating right now.
Will I actually get time, or is this a big group?
This room is intentionally small, like an intimate working group of leaders. Capped at just 5 people, so everyone gets real, dedicated time, around 15 minutes each. You submit your challenge in advance, so we go straight to solving it instead of spending time on introductions. You'll be surprised how much we can tackle in 15 minutes when we are laser-focused. I will stay on the call until everyone gets their turn. Guaranteed!
What happens after I book?
You'll get a confirmation with the Zoom link and calendar details, plus a short intake form to submit your challenge. Then you show up, and we work through it together live.
Is it recorded?
Yes. Every call is recorded, and the replay is sent to everyone registered. It's always worth watching, too. Most participants learn as much from other people's challenges as they do from their own, so someone else's situation often turns out to be yours as well.
